U-M Study Assesses Quality of Life for Transgender and Gender Non-conforming Adults
Shannon Bacon, a University of Michigan School of Social Work graduate student, is conducting a study on quality of life among transgender adults to better understand how social workers and communities can support transgender individuals as they age. Shannon has a long-term connection and commitment to the transgender community.
Shannon is currently seeking participants for her research and is looking for people who are transgender and 45 or older:
- Time Required: 1 hour interview; 1 – 2 hours of optional follow-up
- Compensation: $20
